Carolyn Foat helped teachers to sharpen their skills in phonemics, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension by enhancing their poetry skills. No other reading genre has the built-in potential for developing the five key components of reading than does poetry, said Carolyn. Participants discovered an exciting, new array of poetry which will create passion for verse in their classrooms.
