Description: This training for PD Chairs and administrators is designed to refresh, clarify and provide information on the revised Missouri Professional Development Guidelines.  Along with an overview of the guidelines, participants will have an opportunity to develop an understanding of the alignment of PD plans with building and district level CSIP plans.  We will share the latest research-based information.  We invite professional development committee members and chairs, at no charge, to learn and share with colleagues from the ninety districts that are served by the Southwest Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC) and the Southwest Center for Educational Excellence.  The meeting has the following goals:  To meet, share and learn with colleagues from other districts; learn about other professional development opportunities; learn something new and beneficial.  NEW
