• Administrator training including proficiencies, legal updates, decision-making, supervision, and public relations. Member districts participate yearly in an educational promotional dinner event to which they may invite up to 20 community members. This is financed by the Center.
• Grant writing support, both on-site and through workshops at our center
• Guidance in developing and maintaining district plans ( CSIP, Assessment, Professional Development) to meet state requirements
• A specially designed PBTE model based on the state model. Training and support are provided for that model.
• Regular meetings for superintendents, principals, curriculum coordinators, gifted, and counselors to network and discuss common issues.
