the skills needed to provide effective interpretation services in
an educational setting. Participants will learn strategies
for combining interpretation and service positions and the
components necessary for working through an interpreter.
Topics will include, understanding the social context,
interpretation in a job description, role of an interpreter,
providing services through an interpreter communicating through an
